The accomodation comprised mainly Youth Hostels, with overnight stays
at friends in Drumnadrochit, Glasgow, Holme Mills, and Grosmont, and
a couple of B&B's.

including a map reading error!) and the shortest at 50 miles.
Total distance measured was 1089 miles, and our average riding speed
was 10 mph.
